1. Introduction

Welcome to the FarmRaise Referral Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the FarmRaise Referral Program, you must:

• Be a registered user of FarmRaise.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

3. Referral Process

• Referrals must be made using the referral link or code provided by FarmRaise.
• The referred individual must sign up for a paid subscription to FarmRaise Premium for the referral to be considered valid.

4. Reward Conditions

• For a referral to be considered successful and for the referrer to receive their reward, the referred individual must maintain their subscription with FarmRaise Premium for at least 31 days from the date of subscription activation.
• If the referred individual cancels their subscription before completing the 31-day period, the referrer will not be eligible to receive the reward.

5. Referral Limit

• Each participant is limited to a maximum of 30 referrals. Once this limit is reached, no additional referrals will be eligible for rewards.

6. Rewards

• Rewards for successful referrals will be provided as specified in the program details.
• Rewards are subject to change and may be updated periodically. FarmRaise will notify participants of any changes.

7. Program Restrictions

• Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

8. Program Changes and Termination

• FarmRaise reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason.
• In the event of program termination, any outstanding rewards or pending referrals will be null and void.

9. Fraudulent Activity

• FarmRaise reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities related to the Referral Program.
• If FarmRaise determines that fraudulent activity has occurred, it may take appropriate actions, including but not limited to, disqualifying participants from the program and/or revoking rewards.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected during the referral process will be handled in accordance with FarmRaise’s Privacy Policy.
• Participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

• FarmRaise is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Referral Program or the use of any rewards.
• FarmRaise makes no warranties or representations regarding the Referral Program or rewards.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which FarmRaise is headquartered.
