This privacy policy describes the ways We collect and process personal information related to you, as a visitor to Our marketing website, asa user of Our FarmRaise Tracks mobile application (“App”), and as a user of Our digital platform aimed at simplifying funding for your farm (collectively: the “Services”)and the rights and options available to you with respect to the handling of such information.

Information We Collect Directly From You:
We collect Personal Information that you directly provide Us through the Services, for example when you take our eligibility quiz or when you fill in your contact details on the ‘contact us’ tab. Such information includes your:

- information on your farm (e.g., location acreage, production),
- demographic information,
- payment information through Stripe,
- financial information (expenses and income, banks statements, tax documents),
- and information related to your economic status.

When you sign up to receive email communications from Us, we also collect your:
- full name and
- email address.

When you register to use Our Services and create an account, you will be requested to provide Us with your contact information, including your full name and email, as well as further information that We require in order to assess your funding eligibility and submit your application with the relevant funding programs. Such information includes:
- your social security number,

- date of birth,
- telephone number and
- additional business information related to your farm.

Information We Collect Indirectly From You:
We also collect traffic data that users’ online activities generate such as IP addresses, browser information, device identifier, session durations and viewed pages, as further explained in the “Cookies and Trackers” section below. We may also receive information from our service providers, such as from our payment processor, which includes email, zip code, and customer ID, product ID, and payment method.

We disclose your Personal Information in limited circumstances as explained below.

Third-Party Service Providers. We disclose your Personal Information with third party service providers to help Us operate, manage and protect the Services as well as improve Our operations. Some of these service providers assist with hosting, payment processing, and email communication services, and others provide Us with services such as analytics and marketing communication. Currently as of the date of this Privacy Policy, Our service providers include Stripe(for payment processing), Google Analytics (for analytical information), AWS(for hosting infrastructure), Vercel (for hosting infrastructure), Segment (for engagement information), Jotform (for forms), Zapier (for integration purposes), Metabase (for analytical information), Firebase Events (for analytics), and Typeform (for forms).

Funding Programs. We also disclose Personal Information with respective funding programs as part of the funding application process, and in order to provide the Services.

Legal Obligations. We may disclose Personal Information with or without notice (a) if required by a valid subpoena or other lawful judicial or administrative order; (b) where required by law; or (c) at Our sole discretion in the event of exigent circumstances where We deem it necessary to protect the safety of any individual, the general public, or to prevent violations of Our rights or the rights of third parties.

Business Transfers. A merger, acquisition or any other structural change may require Us to transfer Personal Information to another entity as part of the structural change, including in the event of a bankruptcy sale.

Aggregated and Analytical Information

Thereafter, We will stop collecting Personal Information related to you. However, We may store and continue using or making available certain Personal Information related to you. Purpose and Lifespan

To support Intercom Messenger, a tool that allows users to message our customer success team and access our support content.

First cookie is a unique anonymous identifier, with lifespan of 9 months. Second cookie is an identifier for the unique browser session – refreshed on each successful logged-in ping, which extends its lifespan to 1 week from that moment.

_ga is used todistinguish users, 2 year lifespan._ga_ with the ID is used to persist session state, 2 year lifespan._gaexp cookie is in the landing page for different copy to be shown based off of random selection (a/b testing)
AEC ensures requests within browsing session are made by user, and not othersites. 6 month lifespan.

Set for fraud prevention purposes and helps assess the risk associated with an attempted transaction. __stripe_mid lasts for 1 year, __stripe_sid for 30minutes.

_fbp includes a unique identifier for a visitor.
_fbc is for FB ad conversion tracking.

We maintain the confidentiality of PersonalInformation related to you and We take reasonable steps to ensure that theInformation is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.We take reasonable measures to protect Personal Information related to you from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
